Biography
Amelia joined the Co-ops & Careers team in 2023. She has worked in higher education for over a decade in the field of career development. She received a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island (URI). Amelia then went on to earn a M.S. in Human Development & Family Studies: College Student Personnel from URI. Amelia is passionate about helping students get access to experiential learning through co-ops and internships.
Unique fact: Amelia loves the ocean and grew up in the Rhode Island- the ocean state. Amelia currently lives in Bristol, RI which is known for having the oldest Independence Day celebrations in the United States of America earning Bristol the nickname of “America’s most patriotic town.”

Biography
Robbin Beauchamp joined Wentworth Institute of Technology as Director of Cooperative Education and Career Development in Boston in September 2014 with over 25 years of college career services and human resources experience. She grew up in Winsted, Connecticut and graduated from Emerson College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication and Television Production. She obtained her Masters degree in Administration/Organizational Policy from Boston University. Robbin previously worked in Career Services at Stonehill College and was the Director of the Career Center at Roger Williams University. Prior to working in higher education, Robbin worked in Human Resources for a decade as a Recruiter, Trainer, Benefits Administrator and Manager.
Robbin is a frequent presenter at professional association conferences on topics such as leadership, neurodiversity and closing the wage gap. Robbin has been recognized numerous times by the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers, where she served on the board and co-chaired an annual conference, for her many contributions to her profession. In addition to earning her degrees, Robbin has completed the National Association of Colleges and Employers week-long Management Leadership Institute and their Career Coaching Intensive. Robbin was in the inaugural class of the Career Leadership Collective’s Mastermind, a nine-month program specifically for chief career services officers. Robbin holds the designation of Global Career Development Facilitator and is a certified Life, Career, Executive and Woman’s Empowerment Coach.

Biography
Mitch Breslau joined the Co-ops & Careers team in January 2023 as Operations Coordinator. He graduated from UMass Amherst (Isenberg School of Management) in 2020 and majored in Sport Management while working for the Men’s Hockey Team, where they were one game away from winning a National Championship. Mitch brings more experience from the sports industry, working for a boutique hockey player agency and served in an integral role specializing in operations and client services. While at Wentworth, Mitch hopes to have a positive impact on the students and is determined to continue to cultivate an inclusive and enjoyable office culture.
Unique Fact: While he is not classically trained in Opera, by any means, Mitch can belt out the chorus to “Time to Say Goodbye”, by Andrea Bocelli. He hopes to learn the entire song and finally sing it at karaoke.

Biography
Caitlin Brison joined Wentworth’s Co-ops & Careers in 2015. Originally from southern California, she made the move to Boston in 2005. She attended Boston College for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in education and has worked at several colleges in Boston. Caitlin loves coaching and supporting students during their career development. She hopes to impart to students the skills necessary to identify and create rich experiential learning opportunities for themselves.
Unique fact:
One of her favorite things to do is hike the California coast. She has climbed Half-Dome in Yosemite and logged many miles through the Santa Monica Mountains.

Biography
With expertise in bass guitar and over 15 years of professional experience as an internationally touring artist, Paz Docmanov is both an accomplished musician and an experienced music entrepreneur. Paz, who originates from Arad, Romania, has traveled the globe, developing his abilities and imparting his musical passion to a wide range of listeners. Paz was previously the Director of Music at the School of Rock Watertown, overseeing strategic leadership and curriculum development. The Best of Boston award from Boston Magazine was given to School of Rock in recognition of his commitment to excellence.
Paz received a Bachelor of Music in Composition from Berklee College of Music before he decided to pursue a Master of Education in Higher Education from Merrimack College, where he most recently served in an Academic Advisor role. Paz provides insightful advising to serve a wide range of specialties and diverse experiences.
Outside of work, Paz finds relaxation and inspiration in hobbies like gaming, automotive mechanics and spending time with his family.

Biography
Jer Jurma joined the staff with 20 years of experience working in various types of Architecture and Design firms. He studied at Boston University, Peabody Conservatory (Johns Hopkins University), the Boston Architectural College, and holds a Bachelor in Architecture degree from California College of the Arts in San Francisco. He currently serves on design boards and commissions in his local municipality while maintaining his private practice. He comes to advising from the perspective of an Architecture professional with a strong interest in education and the graphic representation of Academic work in relation to career development and advancement.
Unique fact:
Jer came to the profession of architecture after studying to become a classical musician.

Biography
Ria Kalinowski joined the Co-ops & Careers staff in 2016 with 4 years of experience in Higher Education. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Skidmore College and her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Framingham State University. Ria grew up in Northampton, MA but moved to Boston in 2006. She discovered her love for career development through informational interviews and volunteering at career centers in the area. She enjoys providing students with the tools they need to conduct successful job searches, using technology to help them build connections and increase their marketability, and guiding students on their career journey.
Unique fact:
Every Sunday evening, you can find Ria playing pick up soccer in her town women’s soccer league.

Biography
Jaime McAllister-Grande comes to the Co-op & Careers team having advised students from middle school through graduate school in a variety of career fields. Jaime holds an Bachelor of Arts degree from Holy Cross College in Music and Spanish, and a Master of Education degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and has completed graduate coursework in Organizational Development, Academic Leadership and court-based mediation. She has experience working in theatres, schools, libraries, higher ed institutions, and non-profit organizations, and is passionate about supporting students as they explore the world of career possibilities.
Unique fact:
Jaime has three daughters who keep her busy and laughing — one in elementary school, one in middle school, and one in high school.

Biography
Valerie Medwar joined Wentworth Institute of Technology in March 2022, bringing her extensive experience from Wheaton College, where she worked for 18 years. Initially, she served in the Enrollment Division, but in July 2024, she transitioned to the Co-op and Careers department as an Employer Relations Specialist. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bridgewater State University and has a passion for people-facing roles that emphasize collaboration and relationship building.
Her attraction to Wentworth was fueled by the institution’s commitment to experiential learning, which she believes sets it apart in the current higher education landscape. In her role, Valerie collaborates with employers seeking students from the School of Management and the School of Architecture and Design.
Outside of her professional commitments, Valerie enjoys biking, walking, spending time at the beach, and supporting her beloved New England Patriots every Sunday during football season.

Biography
Gwen joined the Co-ops & Careers team in September 2023 after having worked in the Human Resources and Finance departments at Wentworth for the previous 3 years. She grew up in upstate NY and received her BA in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany. Moving to Boston in 1994, she began her career in the private sector in Human Resources roles with a focus on Recruitment. Working alongside her husband, a Wentworth alumnus, in their engineering consulting firm for 10 years as the Business Manager, she handled all aspects of the business other than engineering. Motivated by a desire to leverage her unique experience as an employer, she joined the C&C team. Her goal is to forge and strengthen relationships with both existing and new employers, facilitating their understanding and engagement with Wentworth’s co-op program to bring outstanding opportunities to the talented students at Wentworth.
Unique Facts:
Gwen finds immense joy in home renovation projects – a testament to her and her husband’s shared passion. Together, they have transformed five homes from top to bottom and are currently diving into their sixth project. When not renovating homes, Gwen likes to read, garden, travel, go boating and spend time with family. Gwen is a proud mother of two adult children, a daughter, who graduated from WIT in August of 2023 with a Mechanical Engineering degree and a son who is presently studying Marine Engineering at Mass Maritime Academy.

Abbey Pober joined the Co-op & Careers team in June of 2016 with a background in marketing and operations management in the construction, engineering, and environmental staffing industry. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass, Amherst and a Masters of Science in Project Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Abbey is passionate about helping colleagues and students identify and utilize tools and processes that help them reach their goals. Abbey oversees data & reporting, employer relations, marketing & events, and systems administration for Co-ops & Careers.

Biography
Narali (Pronounced like Natalie) Taglialavore joined Co-ops & Careers in September 2023. Originally from Long Island, New York, Narali attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Education in Educational Leadership: College Student Affairs. Prior to joining Wentworth, Narali spent time impacting change in career services at schools such as Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ, Suffolk University, and Boston University.
As an advocate for professional development, Narali is involved in various professional associations such as EACE, NACE, CCC Northeast, and the Career Leadership Collective. Narali is a frequent presenter at EACE on topics such as social media, marketing, and increasing engagement using LinkedIn groups for career communities. Narali has been recognized as the “2022 EACE Rising Star” and received numerous Presidential Citations by the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers for her contributions to the field. Narali serves on the Board of Directors for EACE as the Director of Public Relations & Communications. In addition, Narali has completed the National Association of Colleges and Employers week-long Management Leadership Institute.
As a first-generation daughter of Argentine parents, Narali speaks fluent Spanish and is an avid Messi fan. In her free time, Narali enjoys traveling, the beach, catching up with friends and loved ones, dog walking, and hiking.
Unique Fact: Narali enjoys thrill-seeking adventures. She has been skydiving and shark diving!
