- Participates with higher-level specialists in planning sessions and discussions of innovative ways to carry out assigned programs and new programs.
- Analyzes and evaluates existing program and management policies, regulations, goals, or objectives to determine if processes are in compliance with requirements.
- Assists with researching and identifying program concepts and techniques. Monitors activities identified for special interest to keep leadership informed of developments through conferences and briefing papers.
- Continually communicates with management and stakeholders to coordinate programs which involve other Divisions where resources from multiple sources are required and where collaborative technical, policy, and programmatic decisions need to be made.
