The Takeda Summer Internship Program is a 12-week opportunity that provides exposure into one of the top global biotech companies. Throughout the program, you will gain hands-on experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting, expand your professional network, and develop a deeper understanding of how we serve our patients. What Past Manufacturing Internships Have Looked Like:

Responsible for learning, understanding and leading manufacturing processes and/or team as well as support systems that ensure quality and on-time delivery of product in a safe manner.

Worked with other departments on a yellow belt training using fish bone analysis and DAMIC

Raw material testing before production usage

Development and deployment of excel tracker for daily activities among manufacturing groups, cycle development to increase quantity of product being made

Worked on solutions for less water usage within the manufacturing process with project presented to leadership and undergo change control procedures
