· Meet with project manager (PM), general foremen, and foremen to discuss daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and long term objectives. Then develop a plan of action of how to execute the tasks at hand.
· Weekly reviews of the project and delivery schedule with PM and work with logistics to make sure the proper materials will be on-site on time and will have a space for storing onsite
· Attend onsite job meetings with client to review project schedule, coordination and implementation of plans to facilitate the success of the entire project team.
· When there are bulletin changes, review with the PM to figure out changes per system (new lights, new devices, etc.) and find the cost difference and how it applies to the overall job cost.
· Work with the project’s estimator during bulletins and change orders to figure out what was counted and how the labor rates were calculated and if they need to be changed.
· Review material submittals from vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications before submission to the architect for review
· Compile project closeout documents for submission to the client
