An Associate Project Manager (APM) works as part of a team with one of Keel’s Project Managers and a Project Executive to help implement the planning, design and construction of various building types. The APM provides oversight of the vendors and contractors needed to successfully deliver a client’s vision on time and on budget. We work hard to create a culture that promotes mentorship and provides opportunities to demonstrate abilities and develop skills. Keel PM promotes a Lean approach (derived from the Toyota production methodology) for the design, construction and project management. Instruction and workshops are offered to all staff to gain proficiency in Lean’s application to projects.
