The Endpoint Systems Management HUIT Technical Support Engineer Intern Co-Op is a brand new, challenging, co-op opportunity within Harvard University Information Technology Field Support. The co-op will gain hands-on academic environment IT experience by contributing to a dynamic, inclusive, challenging, and fast paced enterprise system environment.
Ideal candidates should have outstanding customer service skills and display the ability to shift priorities. They should be highly adaptable and willing to take initiative. Interpersonal and organizational skills are necessary as our candidates will be interacting with other field support teams and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve all endpoint related issues.
Roles and responsibilities include, but not be limited to:
* Maintaining and managing assigned help desk tickets daily in ServiceNow
* Completing assigned tasks from Endpoint Systems Management team management, Endpoint System Administrators, and System Engineers
* Test Mac OS releases against JAMF
* Adobe Creative Console tickets
* Papercut to Crimson Print Migration Project
* Other duties as assigned
Co-Ops will get exposure various enterprise console tools such as Code42, DeepFreeze, JAMF, SCCM, Crimson Print Admin, Bomgar Remote Admin Console.
