Emerson Swan has a job opening for an inside salesperson in the engineered products division. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with one or more outside salespeople and customer base to create, build and maintain professional relationships.
- Generating quotes for jobs or equipment based on customer requirements.
- Generating buy prices for specific projects.
- Generating submittals as required for specific projects or quotes.
- Responding to questions from the field over email, text, and phone pertaining to:
- Expediting orders
- Parts pricing
- Technical product issues
- Taking orders for parts and whole goods
- Research of products or jobs to answer customer questions
- Entering orders to be dropped shipped from the factory or shipped from inventory.
- Working with vendors to identify parts and determine lead times for referral to the customer.
- Working with vendor software to make product selections for projects and quotes.
- Working as a team to support overall company vision.
