What You Will Do:
- Manage all client, team, and project coordination aspects, including full documentation coordination with consultants. Lead the design team and conduct client meetings
- Produces concept, schematic, design development, and construction documents. Perform construction document production on their projects and will assist other teams when necessary. Production will be solely Revit-based.
- Works with the Principal in charge to develop and manage the production schedule, including effectively defining and meeting deadlines
- Coordinated document preparation and execution through all project phases while ensuring quality control on all deliverables.
- Lead the development of code analysis and confirm code and zoning requirements for the assigned segment of the project are met
- Ability to multi-task between projects, prepare work for team members, and coordinate with the overall office project scheduling
- Attends on-site visits, field reviews, and project meetings and documents as appropriate
- Represent the firm with public presentations to ZBA, Planning Board, and design review boards
- Actively invests in the professional development of staff through mentoring
- Resolves conflict effectively and encourages a healthy team environment
- Perform construction administration duties on various projects.
