Coops working in our Project Advisory group will be exposed to multiple fast-paced projects, working with and supporting senior staff, and providing field oversight on a variety of projects as needed. This opportunity will provide a well-rounded view of the construction industry from the Owner’s perspective, while also working hand in hand with the Architect and Construction Manager to deliver the Owner’s vision.
Coops work closely with a Senior Project Manager and Construction Site Manager and gain valuable experience in the office and onsite. You will assist the team by in administering the procurement of owners Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FFE), attending meetings and taking notes, and tracking the project schedule and monitoring construction project progress. You will gain valuable experience working with the team conducting daily site walks, tracking time and materials slips, reviewing change orders, assisting with daily reporting using Raken.
