Overview:
Tabby Therapeutics is an early-stage venture-funded biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of B cell therapies. We are looking for an enthusiastic student to join our team for a 3-6 month Co-op (Summer or Fall term), to aid in studies that characterize engineered B cells and further our pipeline. This role will report to a Senior Scientist on the Preclinical and Translational Research team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the planning, execution, and analysis of experiments investigating the in vitro mechanism of action of engineered B cells; this includes gaining in-depth experience with generating engineered B cells through site-specific editing, multi-color flow cytometry, and co-culture assays.
Responsibilities:
- Develop understanding of B cell biology and B cell receptor engineering
- Support the Preclinical and Translational Research Team in the execution and analysis of experiments
- Communicate findings during internal meetings, such as lab meeting
- Accurately document results in the Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN)
