Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Superintendent, Management and Field Staff to ensure the team accurately and efficiently completes projects in compliance with the plans and contract documents. Assist Supervisors and Managers in Day-to-Day role
- Track and update construction documents
- Assist the Superintendent with safety standards, policies and processes in order to ensure a safe working environment and minimize risk for all staff
- Supervises both internal and contracted personnel to assure the prompt and cost-effective completion of work within the area of responsibility
- Create As Built Drawings
- Review, ensure accuracy and execute the approval of area purchase orders, invoices, and payroll activities
- Proactively find and report omissions or errors by subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other project team members
- Execute all work tasks in compliance with all Company, Federal and State policy, and regulatory requirements
- Build good working relationships with internal & external customers and manage the day-to-day relationships with them to understand their requirements and deliver proper solutions
- Partake in training and qualify on Gas Operator Qualifications
Qualifications
- In progress to receive a BS in engineering or construction management
- Understanding of blueprints, contract documents, including Owner Contract and Subcontracts
- Proved experience with scheduling process and use of a project plan
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to effectively multitask while working in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and supply accurate deliverables
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
- Ability to drive an assigned company vehicle
- GPA of 2.8 or above
