Project Administrator
Campbell Construction Group is currently seeking a Project Administrator to serve as support to our Project Managers. Maintaining Active Projects from time of Award to Close Out.
Project Administrator Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and process RFI’s
- Maintain and process Submittals
- Maintain and process Daily Reports
- Maintain and process subcontracts and maintain compliance.
- Maintain and process project closeouts.
- Answer Phones
- Order and Maintain Office Supplies
- Order and Maintain Job-site Porta-Johns and Office Trailers
Project Administrator Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to Multi-Task and stay Organized
- Attention to Detail
- Good Communication Skills
- Knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Reliable
- Quick Learner
- Ability to work independently
This will be a Full-time position with Benefits Package.
Pay is negotiable and dependent on experience.
