We have multiple internships for Engineering students in: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Power and Fire Protection.
Responsibilities:
- Layout and design of Fire Suppression and Fire Alarm Systems utilizing AutoCAD and Revit.
- Working with Engineers on data centers, commercial, government and healthcare projects.
- Execute electrical designs in accordance with the Electrical Department’s Procedures and Standards and specific client standards where applicable.
- Working with Engineers on commercial, government, healthcare, and scientific buildings
- Will utilize Revit for 3D designs and Navisworks to check interferences
- Perform mathematical calculations and assist with equipment research and specifications
- Visit client sites and attend walk-throughs, punch lists or meeting with architects, owners, and subcontractors
