Appointments in Navigate
Starting Monday, June 1, all new Co-op & Career appointments will be scheduled through Navigate
Here’s what you need to know:
This transition supports a consistent advising experience across campus and makes it easier for you to manage all your appointments in one place.
- No new appointments can be scheduled through WITworks after June 1. Appointments scheduled through WITworks prior to launch that occur after June 1 will be honored.
- Beginning June 1, you can schedule all new Co‑op & Career advising appointments directly in Navigate.
- Alumni cannot schedule an appointment in Navigate. All Alumni will continue to schedule appointments via WITworks. Instructions for alumni can be found at this link.
How to Make an Appointment in Navigate
1. Log in to Navigate
2. From your Navigate Student Home page, click Schedule an Appointment (located at the top right below the Wentworth logo)

3. Under New Appointment
- Select Co-ops and Careers as the appointment type
- Choose service type based on your topic
- Select a date
- Click Find Available Time

4. Select an available 30-minute time slot that fits your schedule

5. Review your appointment details, then click Schedule

6. Check your Wentworth email for confirmation

7. Your appointment will also appear under Upcoming Appointments on your Navigate home page
