We are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our Finance team at our headquarters in Centennial, CO. This is a fully in-office position where you’ll assist with payroll processing for approximately 2,500 employees.
Responsibilities
As a Payroll Administrator at FAST, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the preparation, documentation, distribution, and reconciliation of both domestic and international payrolls.
- Administering various payroll systems and managing integrations with existing systems, as well as new ones.
- Performing payroll audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Creating custom reports tailored to the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Documenting payroll procedures clearly and efficiently to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Reconciling invoices related to payroll, ensuring that all data aligns with accounting and financial records.
- Staying current with payroll legislation, implementing best practices to improve workflow and compliance.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- 4-7+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience.
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow is strongly preferred.
- International payroll experience is a plus.
- FPC/CPP certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to respond constructively to management direction and actively seek feedback to continuously improve performance.
- A team-player attitude with the ability to prioritize and adapt to fast-changing environments.

Pay Range
USD $75,000.00 – USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
