Our Summer Recruiting Reception offers a more intimate, unique, casual networking experience—not a traditional career fair. Enjoy food and beverages while engaging with talented Wentworth students in an informal indoor air-conditioned setting. Capacity will be limited to 65 employers for this event.

Ideal for students seeking Fall 2025 Co-ops, as well as August graduates and recent April graduates looking for full-time roles. Most architecture students will not attend, as they are on Summer co-op and not seeking a Fall co-op.

🔹 Registration Requirements:
To participate and be approved, your company must have an active Fall 2025 Co-op and/or full-time position posted in WITworks at the time of registration.

Registration does not guarantee attendance. Registrations will be approved on a case-by-case basis, ensuring that there is a variety of industries represented for all our students’ majors.

Watson Auditorium on Wentworth’s campus.

🔹 How do I register?
Register on WITworks via the Events tab in your employer account or click here. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email from coopsandcareers@csm.symplicity.com.

🔹 Will lunch be provided?
Yes! A buffet lunch will be available, and we encourage you to network while you eat.

🔹 What should we bring?
Bring yourself, business cards, and/or a QR code for job applications. No displays, swag, or promotional materials are permitted due to space limitations.

🔹 When does registration close?
Thursday, May 23, or sooner if event capacity is reached.

🔹 What is the cancellation policy?

  • Before May 23: 90% refund of the registration fee.
  • On/after May 23: No refunds.

🔹Where do we park?

Parking information will be provided in the logistics email you will receive about two weeks prior to the event.
