This event is ideal for employers hiring for full-time position and Summer 2026 and/or Fall 2026 co-ops. Capacity is limited for this event.
*From 10:00 – 11:00 the Fair is open to special student populations by invitation only.
Event Basics:
- Our largest recruiting event with many highly prepared students seeking their first required co-op.
- 8′ x 8′ booths provided with a 6′ banquet style table, black tablecloth, and organization name sign.
- Ideal for organizations looking to hire Full-time and Summer or Fall 2026 co-ops.
Registration Requirements:
To participate and be approved, your organization must have an active Full-time role or Summer/Fall 2026 co-op posted in WITworks at the time of registration.
Registration does not guarantee attendance. Registrations will be approved on a case-by-case basis, ensuring that there is a variety of industries represented for all our students’ majors.
Pricing:
Please note that employment agencies are not allowed to participate in this event. Agencies who attempt to register will be rejected, and payment will be returned.

When does registration close?
Thursday, February 19th, or sooner if event capacity is reached.
What is the cancellation policy?
- Before February 19th: 90% refund of the registration fee.
- On/after February 20th: We cannot provide a refund.
Where do we park?
Parking information for nearby parking garages and lots will be provided in the logistics email sent about two weeks prior to the event. Complementary on-campus parking is only provided for event sponsors.
