The internship program runs over the course of the summer and is structured around rotational exposure to key operational groups across Wesbuilt, including:
- BIM / Digital
- Preconstruction & Estimating
- Field Operations
- Project Management
Interns will contribute to active projects and real workstreams while working alongside project teams and department leaders. Responsibilities may include supporting estimating workflows, field coordination, project documentation, RFIs, submittals, site walkthroughs, BIM coordination, and Procore-related processes.
This internship is intended to provide practical, hands-on experience tied to real work rather than observational shadowing alone.
