Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Construction Project Coordinator supports the full project lifecycle, from initial entitlement
through construction completion. This role acts as a vital link between the internal
development team, consultants, and contractors, ensuring projects move forward efficiently.
Must be able to create 3D renderings and site plans, coordinate utility connections, lead weekly
meetings, and track project schedules and budgets. The Construction Project Coordinator must
also have strong communication skills, experience with construction documentation, and is
willing to travel to project sites.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Entitlement Support
• Develop conceptual site plans and collaborate with consultants to refine plans for
prospective developments.
• Create 3D models and visual renderings for redevelopment and new construction
projects.
• Coordinate concept designs with architectural and civil engineering consultants.
• Assist with planning and coordination of utility connections for potential projects.
Construction Coordination
• Coordinate pre-construction and construction activities with consultants, contractors,
utility providers, and permitting authorities.
• Lead and facilitate weekly onsite meetings with project stakeholders, including owners,
architects, contractors, and utility representatives.
• Organize and conduct pre-construction meetings and site visits to establish project
scope, schedules, and deadlines.
• Prepare clear and concise meeting minutes for all project meetings.
• Monitor contractor-submitted data and documentation within Procore.
• Maintain contract documentation logs, including schedules, material status reports,
RFIs, and submittals; ensure timely responses to outstanding items.
• Provide weekly construction progress reports to the Development Team, highlighting
schedules, key issues, and critical decisions impacting project timelines and budgets.
• Travel as required, primarily within New England and Long Island.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
