Viken Detection is seeking a Field Service Engineer to train and support service partners and to diagnose, repair, upgrade and calibrate our products worldwide.
Field Service Engineer’s responsibilities include complete familiarity with the system troubleshooting and also to be able to train representatives to maintain customer instruments, diagnosing instrument faults and repairing them to factory specifications. To be successful in this role, you should have good communication, documentation, and trouble shooting skills, both electrical and mechanical.
Ultimately, you will be part of a team to help continue building our reputation as a rapidly growing company that offers excellent customer support worldwide. This role will be based in Burlington, MA.
