Vareika Construction is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager. Working alongside Senior Project Management Staff, this role will be responsible for coordinating various construction operations and collaborating with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and the Vareika team. The role will also involve budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality results on time.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide daily support to the Senior Project Management Staff
· Submittals, material procurement, and production tracking
· Provide on site support as needed, attend meetings on site
· Assist with estimates and material orders
· Work closely with office staff on change orders, requisitions, and project close outs
Required Skills:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Organized and detail oriented
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Driver’s License
· OSHA 10 Certification
· Ability to work in a team atmosphere
