Urban Property Management, a full-service property management firm founded in 1983 and focusing exclusively on the management of condominium associations, is looking for a full time Maintenance Specialist to oversee all aspects of one 54-unit residential condominium building in South Boston, MA.
The on-site Maintenance Specialist performs the following duties:
- Upkeep of all common areas and amenity spaces, including cleaning and light maintenance
- Daily property walk-through, interior and exterior
- Management of recyclables and trash
- Management of incoming resident packages using secure computerized system
- Provide building access to outside vendors performing work in the building
- Monitor mechanical equipment
- Identify and report unusual or hazardous situations at property
- Maintain inventories of building supplies and materials
- Work is performed in a high-quality manner. Clients and property are treated with respect and hospitality.
