Tocci offers an excellent opportunity to experience cost & preconstruction planning, project development, and project management. As a member of our planning and cost engineering department, you will be challenged daily and called on to be an active member of our team. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

·         Create and issue bid invitations to subcontractors

·         Phone follow up with subcontractors regarding pricing

·         Responsible for trade purchasing process – spec review, subcontractor analysis sheet, scope review, subcontract issuance

·         Prepare quantity take-offs for bids in OnScreenTakeoff

·         Maintain document management in Procore

·         Obtain bid documents from Architect/Owner and distribute to bid team

·         Update subcontractor database in Building Connected

·         Assist Cost Engineers in collecting data for proposal submissions

·         Assist Planning Coordinator in meeting set up and scheduling

·         Attend weekly department task reviews

·         Attend Lunch + Learns / Meet + Greets with potential subcontractors

·         Attend project walkthroughs with Cost Engineers

·         Attend Tocci jobsite visits

·         Learn important industry skills and have fun while doing so
