This co-op will provide support to the PM & Operations Departments. The Project Manager co-op will work with PM’s and APM’s in their management of multiple projects. Assistance is required in setting up jobs in the system, organizing and updating schedules, subcontractor information, and contracts, supporting the hand off of job materials from PM to Superintendent, and occasionally making trips to job sites.
Parking is free on site at our headquarters in Canton. Timberline has a brand new on site fitness facility for use by all employees and co-ops. We also offer healthy snacks-smoothies, fruit, granola bars, yogurt cereal and bagels-all free of charge.
Qualifications
Working toward a degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture or Business Management with a strong interest in CM.
