Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Analyze scope documents for abatement, demolition, painting, and cleaning.
- Assist with cost estimates, bids, and proposal preparation.
- Conduct job site visits and attend pre-bid meetings.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and scope details.
- Maintain bid logs, cost databases, and take-off templates.
- Support senior estimators in delivering timely and accurate bids.
