Project Coordinator (Framingham, MA)
The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Management team with the coordination of project activities, including coordinating materials, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely and on-budget completion of project deliverables. This is an in-person position.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and project information
- Serve as point of communication between company teams, customers, and external resources
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirements
- Support project documentation, such as tracking materials, reviewing invoices, and updating labor hours
- Maintain accurate and standardized files
- Monitor project progress and follow up with any invoices, change orders, or scheduling changes
- Coordinates requests for delivery, service, and installation with internal departments.
- Organize material needs for Warehouse Team
- Use reporting tools to help monitor working hours, plans, and costs
- Providing administrative support as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in coordinating teams and clients
- Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Technical mindset and be able to adapt quickly to new technologies
- Computer literacy for spreadsheet and word processing software
- Time management skills, especially familiarity with task completion and goal setting
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and remain motivated.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus
- Ability to utilize Outlook email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
