Sea View Builders, a high-end residential builder based in Osterville, Massachusetts, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead architect-driven new construction and large-scale renovation projects throughout Cape Cod.
The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and successful execution of residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires close coordination with homeowners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, site supervisors and internal team members to ensure each project meets schedule, budget, quality and safety expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, estimates and project budgets
- Developing construction schedules and key milestone dates
- Assisting with permitting, subcontractor buyout and procurement
- Leading weekly meetings with clients, architects and project teams
- Coordinating closely with the Site Supervisor to monitor progress and resolve issues
- Tracking project costs, profitability, allowances and change orders
- Managing RFIs, submittals, long-lead items and construction documentation
- Reviewing and coding subcontractor and vendor invoices
- Preparing monthly client billing
- Maintaining professional communication with clients and design teams
- Supporting and training Assistant Project Managers and junior staff
- Overseeing safety compliance and subcontractor performance
- Managing substantial completion, punch lists, final reconciliation and warranty documentation

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Osterville. Candidates local to Cape Cod are preferred, but relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
