The assistant project manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project, from start-up through closeout. APM must assist the Senior Project Manager and on site Project Manager in all phases of the project. Applicant must have knowledge of, or have ability to learn CAD, procore, planswift, or any other software program required per project. Job requires thorough knowledge of all aspects of each contract. Must be familiar with daily schedule of all jobs and ensure sites have updated schedules. Produce phasing/logistics for each project. Develop RFI, COR and submittal requirements. Attend on site meetings for each project. Procure any suppliers and subcontractors to meet schedule requirements. Any and all tasks that need to be completed to ensure the project runs smoothly and our site crew has what they need to work efficiently.
