Leads all field operations, responsible for executing construction work safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Directly manages crews, subcontractors, and daily site activities to ensure quality, coordination, and contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee daily site operations, sequencing, and logistics
- Manage subcontractors, workforce, and field coordination
- Enforce safety standards, QA/QC, and site compliance
- Drive schedule execution and resolve field issues in real time
- Coordinate inspections, permitting, and turnover requirements
- Maintain communication with PM team on progress, risks, and needs
- Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and contract requirements
