R.A.D. Sports is seeking Assistant Project Manager Co-ops to join our team for the Fall 2025 Semester.

About the Role:
Great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their construction, project management and estimating skills while learning about a unique industry that combines civil engineering, sitework and sports. You’ll receive training under multiple project managers and estimators with vast combined experience. Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Assist the Estimating team with reviewing and analyzing bid documents, managing the RFQ process and performing quantity takeoffs
- Assist the Project Management team dig safe tickets, permits, submittals, purchase orders, invoice management, scheduling and creating closeout books
- Execute consistent document control practices
- Communicate effectively while completing tasks
- Travel to job sites and attend bid calendar events as needed
- Completing additional tasks as assigned
Software:
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Blue Beam, Sage 100 Contractor or Bid2Win is a plus but training will be provided
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree (Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related)
- Experience in the construction industry or previous co-op experience is a plus but not required
- Ideal candidate will be resilient, ambitious, highly organized and have strong communication skills
Schedule and Benefits:
- First Day: 9/2/2025
- Last Day: 12/5/2025
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm or 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Gas Mileage Reimbursement
