Seeking an experienced person to prepare and direct preparation of Construction Documents. The Applicant must be able to articulate and develop a design from sketches and given criteria. A solid knowledge of methods, materials and their application to a given design is required. Architectural license preferred, not required.
Applicant must be a highly motivated self-starter and technically competent in AutoCAD, particularly in preparation of architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical documents.
