The responsibilities of a Project Administrator on our team include:
- Client Relations
- Organizing and assisting with monthly project billings
- Organizing and filing pre-construction documents with the city
- Submittals, RFIs, Subcontractor Coordination, Drawing Distribution
- Reporting to Senior Project Executives for coordinating contract documents, purchase orders, change orders, insurance certifications, and client deliverables
- Assisting in estimating and takeoffs
