Our goal is to provide a service that exceeds expectations when bringing client ideas to life, whether this be for luxury residential or commercial construction. The two co-founders of PBB play a vital role in ensuring our company standards are met in all that we do and showcase. We are looking for a strong candidate to join our team as a Construction Project Administrator. This applicant would have a minimum of two years’ experience under a General Contractor or Subcontractor and would thrive in a fast paced, co-working environment; with the desire to continue learning and gaining experience where their passion lies. Responsibilities Include – Not Limited To:
– Client Relations and Site Supervision
– Organizing and assisting with monthly project billing
– Organizing and filing pre-construction documents with the city
– Drawing Distribution, Subcontractor Coordination, RFI’s, Submittals
– Reporting to senior project executives for coordinating contract documents, purchase orders, change orders, insurance certifications, and client deliverables
