Summary

PBB Construction is a team of professional individuals who are dedicated to the projects we construct and those we work alongside in the process to create an incomparable experience for our clientele. Our goal is to provide a service that exceeds expectations when bringing client ideas to life, whether this be for luxury residential or commercial construction. The two co-founders of PBB play a vital role in ensuring our company standards are met in all that we do and showcase. We are looking for a strong candidate to join our team as a Construction Project Administrator. This applicant would have a minimum of two years’ experience under a General Contractor or Subcontractor and would thrive in a fast paced, co-working environment; with the desire to continue learning and gaining experience where their passion lies. If you feel you may be a fitting candidate, submit your resume along with any references and additional licenses/certifications as are excited to add the newest addition to the PBB Construction team!

Responsibilities Include – Not Limited To:

– Client Relations and Site Supervision

– Organizing and assisting with monthly project billing

– Organizing and filing pre-construction documents with the city

– Drawing Distribution, Subcontractor Coordination, RFI’s, Submittals

– Reporting to senior project executives for coordinating contract documents, purchase orders, change orders, insurance certifications, and client deliverables
