Day to day responsibilities will vary based upon the status of the project, but will generally include assisting the Construction Superintendent and field staff with the following: Safety and quality control inspections including first deliveries, initial and follow-ups of work installed. Assist in the development of lookahead and milestone schedules, track daily log coordinating and managing subcontractors and material suppliers, manpower counts and activities.  Posting RFIs and Sketches to field drawings and also updating live drawings using online platform Procore. 

Responsible for reviewing and processing submittals and RFIs, attending weekly construction meetings, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and tracking LEED documentation. Perform onsite safety and quality control Position can be remote, office, hybrid, or full time onsite depending on the project.

Daily responsibilities will vary based upon the status of the project, but will generally include assisting the MEP staff with the following:  Assist with the review of submittals.  Assist with general administrative duties.  Populate materials/equipment tracking forms.  Assemble MEP coordination drawing files.  Perform progress updates of installed systems and materials.  Assist with the tracking of startup and commissioning activities.  Assist with owner training activities.

Daily responsibilities will vary based upon the status of the projects, but will generally include assisting the estimating staff with the following: Assist with estimate preparation Assist with takeoff across all construction disciplines Perform document management Build relationships and solicit sub-contractors for budgets and bid submissions Assist with estimate comparison and analysis for estimate reconciliation meetings Assist with internal comparison – estimate vs bid Assist with construction data analysis when we have some downtime.
