Posting RFIs and Sketches to field drawings and also updating live drawings using online platform Procore.

Assist with general administrative duties. Populate materials/equipment tracking forms. Assemble MEP coordination drawing files. Perform progress updates of installed systems and materials. Assist with the tracking of startup and commissioning activities. Assist with owner training activities.
Estimating Co-op
Daily responsibilities will vary based upon the status of the projects, but will generally include assisting the estimating staff with the following: Assist with estimate preparation Assist with takeoff across all construction disciplines Perform document management Build relationships and solicit sub-contractors for budgets and bid submissions Assist with estimate comparison and analysis for estimate reconciliation meetings Assist with internal comparison – estimate vs bid Assist with construction data analysis when we have some downtime.
