- Assist Senior Estimator in preparing cost estimates and bids based on project specifications and drawings.
- Solicit project documents to subcontractors & assist in evaluating proposals
- Perform material takeoffs
- Maintain project documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotes
- Support the use of estimating software and assist in cost analysis for future estimates
- Attend pre-bid & negotiated project meetings with senior estimator
