Co-Op Overview
This co-op opportunity is designed for engineering students seeking hands-on experience in a real manufacturing environment. You will work directly with Manufacturing and Production Engineers to support electromechanical assembly and automation control panel production. From day one, you will contribute to active projects that impact quality, efficiency, and delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and improving manufacturing processes

Create and update work instructions, assembly documentation, and process flows

Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues

Participate in new product introduction and design transfer activities

Collect and analyze production data to support continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams on daily manufacturing challenges
Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering

Strong interest in electromechanical systems and automation
-
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with strong communication abilities

Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
