We are currently looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management division while immersing themselves in every step of the construction process.
This is more than just a job—it’s a launchpad. Through our rotational training program, you’ll gain invaluable, hands-on exposure to Estimating, Job Site Operations, Safety, and Finance, helping you become a well-rounded and knowledgeable construction professional.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will support the planning and execution of plumbing and HVAC systems for commercial buildings, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout
- Managing RFIs, change orders, equipment coordination, and warranty claims
- Tracking project budgets, labor targets, and requisitions
- Collaborating with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA, GC, and OMI safety policies
- Assisting with estimating, procurement, and material take-offs
- Handling documentation including O&Ms, as-builts, schedules of values, and closeout paperwork
- Providing project reporting, cost tracking, and labor analysis
- Learning and applying technical skills across multiple construction software platforms
Your Development: Divisional Rotation Program
To support your growth and understanding of our business, you’ll rotate through core functions of our operation, including:
- Estimating – Learn how project budgets and labor targets are developed and analyzed
- Field Operations – Get jobsite experience and observe project execution from the ground up
- Safety – Gain firsthand understanding of compliance and risk management
- Finance – Learn how job costing, billing, and project accounting contribute to success
By the end of the rotation, you’ll be fully immersed in the lifecycle of a mechanical construction project and have the tools and insights to grow.
