Position Overview:
As a Field Engineer, you will play a vital support role in the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. You will work alongside experienced project managers, superintendents, and crews to help manage schedules, materials, documentation, and communication across the jobsite. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the construction industry from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities on-site

Track and document quantities, materials, deliveries, and production

Support layout and survey work with project teams

Help ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations

Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Assist with quality control, RFI and submittal processes, and project documentation

Attend site meetings and maintain daily field reports

Perform other duties as assigned to support project success
