Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction on site.
- Oversee subcontractors, site contractors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Conduct field inspections to confirm compliance with plans, codes, and safety requirements.
- Prepare accurate estimates and track project costs to maintain budget control.
- Order materials, schedule inspections, and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on schedule.
- Review and approve contractor invoices, ensuring work is complete and compliant.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Prepare and supervise project close-out, including punch lists and final approvals.
- Promote and enforce safe work practices on all job sites.
