Engineer will be responsible for field investigations, design, and construction oversight of public utility projects; including municipal sewer, water and drainage construction projects. Workload will involve a combination of field and office work, with a significant amount of time during the first year maintaining a presence at construction sites. Engineer will be responsible to monitor and document utility installation, ensure compliance with contract specifications, make field decisions in the best interest of the clients and prepare record drawings reflecting as-builts conditions.
Attention to detail, organization and communication skills required.
Valid driver's license and vehicle required.
B.S. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Construction Management
Experience with AutoCad, CIVIL3D, ArcGIS software
1-3 years of professional experience preferred
