Professional experience is not required, but it is highly valued. We are looking for candidates with the
following attributes:
• Revit skills are required including the ability to be able to start working on Revit drawings
immediately.
• Very organized, resourceful, proactive, and reliable.
• Good listener that can follow instructions.
• Able to work independently and anticipate the needs of the designers. When we’re too busy to give you tasks – you are able to figure out useful tasks to execute.
• You have a ‘good eye’ and love design. You can select colors, fabrics and furniture per the
guidelines we give you.
Job Description. The role includes Resource Librarian and Interior Design Intern
Resource Librarian
• Manage Resource Library with hundreds of interiors and furniture samples. File and refile.
• Facilitate manufacturer rep product updates including scheduling Friday Lunch N Learns.
• Manage incoming packages: open and file or distribute.
• Add to our extensive furniture database per our instructions.
• File project documents and samples and keep organized.
• Clean up after major deadline crunches
• Keep design spaces and library tidy.
Interior Design Intern
• Assist designers with all aspects of projects including:
o Assist with drawings on Revit, CAD, and/or Sketchup
o Assembling interior design presentation boards.
o Research products, paint colors, furniture, fabrics, etc.
o Assist with drawings on Revit, CAD, and/or Sketchup
o Assist with FF&E specifications.
o Create labels for boards and binders
