This position will work across the Commercial, Research, Clinical Operations, Manufacturing and Corporate Services functions supporting and leading critical process improvement and program management initiatives – applying Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking and other proven Operational Excellence methods. This role will lead analysis of complex business problems, evaluate alternative solutions, secure alignment on agreed proposals, and drive rapid deployment of solutions by developing detailed work plans and dashboards to track progress and potential issues.  Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Bioengineering, or other Engineering-related majors are encouraged to apply.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

Lead analysis of complex business problems across Commercial, Research, Clinical Operations, Manufacturing and Corporate Services
Evaluate alternative solutions, secure alignment on agreed proposals – using Lean/Six-Sigma methods.
Develop detailed work plans and dashboards to track progress and potential issues.
Drive rapid deployment of solutions (i.e., policy, process and technology)
