his position will work in the Protein Science group and be involved in assisting with analytical characterization of cellular and recombinant proteins, with the goal of expanding our understanding of the biology of mRNA therapeutics and improving their design and manufacture. Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, and related majors are encouraged to apply. The position will be located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

Perform reverse-phase liquid chromatographic separations of peptides for mass spectrometry-based proteomic studies
Perform size-exclusion and affinity chromatographic separations of proteins or lipids for mass spectrometry-based proteomic studies and biophysical characterization
Perform quantitative analysis of chromatographic data and assist in the preparation of reports for the Protein Science group and other stakeholders
Perform enzymatic activity assays on biological samples
