MAS Building and Bridge is a New-England based General Contractor that specializes in Heavy-Civil Construction, including bridge, rail, marine, and utility projects.
Our goal is to provide Co-ops with a well-rounded experience, assisting our Project Teams with daily tasks to support field operations. Our belief is that learning is best achieved at the jobsite, so the co-op program is focused on jobsite tasks including:
· Assistance with Layout and Operation Planning
· Material Procurement
· Quality Control Planning and Inspections
· Quantity Tracking and Cost Reporting
· Coordination with Site Personnel and Subcontractors
A typical day is from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week excluding lunch). A driver’s license and access to a car is necessary as MAS’s office and projects are typically not accessible to public transportation. MAS’s main office is located in Norfolk, MA less than 3 miles from Gillette Stadium.
