Undergraduate Summer Internship Development Program (USID)
June 2 – August 8, 2025
The Undergraduate Summer Intern Development (USID) Program’s goal is to offer access and exposure to a career path in financial services supporting first-generation college students and those under-represented in the investment management industry.
For 10 weeks, interns gain direct experience in a professional setting completing meaningful project-based work. To support them, interns receive industry-specific professional development aimed at giving them the knowledge and tools to advance in a corporate environment.

INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Rising sophomores, juniors or seniors
- First-generation college student
- Under-represented in the investment industry
