Winter Co-op 2025 – Logistics Supply Chain – Frisco, TX
As a Winter Co-Op 2025 – Logistics Supply Chain in Frisco, TX at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be a part of the beverage revolution. This position involves collaborating with the Logistics organization to execute and plan key projects and initiatives, delivering substantial value to KDP. You will operate within a dynamic and highly technical supply chain environment, supporting the storage and distribution of some of KDP’s most renowned brands. Your exposure will include projects centered on network optimization, transportation, warehousing, and fleet management. Join our team to learn from industry leaders at a pioneering company.
Shift/Schedule:
- The KDP 2025 Winter Co-Op Program will run from January 6 – May 23, 2025
- Full-time; 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am until 5:00pm
- In-Person work schedule
As a Logistics Supply Chain Co-op you will:
- Take a dynamic approach to data analytics to help optimizing transportation
- Work closely with the transportation and warehouse leadership to drive deliverables
- Work hands on with our field teams to gain insight into the flow of materials and goods
- Deliver a project or projects that will help shape the future of KDPs logistics network.

Elements of the KDP Co-Op Program include:
- Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment
- Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
- Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
- Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network
- Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
