As a Summer Intern 2025 – Continuous Improvement in Frisco, TX at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be a part of the beverage revolution. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process improvement and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will support various projects aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing waste, and improving overall business performance.
Shift/Schedule:
- The KDP 2025 Summer Internship Program will run from June 2 – August 8, 2025
- Full-time; 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am until 5:00pm
- Hybrid role
As a Continuous Improvement Intern you will:
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement within existing processes and workflows.
- Collect and analyze data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Elements of the KDP Intern/Co-Op Program include:
- Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment
- Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
- Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
- Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network
- Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
