The objective of the JDL Excel Co-op Program is to introduce students to various roles within the organization. In this role, students will gain knowledge of and assist in daily activities in the Project Management Department, Estimating Department & Field Operations. Here you will observe the Field with projected related tasks, document
control, office to field communications, and the overall success of the construction project.
The following schedule will occur during your CO-OP:
• Two days a week you will working with the project management team on project related tasks
• Two days a week you will be working with the estimating team to help gather estimates and review
scope
• One day a week you will be on site learning and observing the job site
