The basis of our success in each area is a commitment to a cooperative and integrative approach to design and construction. We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Co-op).
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to join our Team. Candidate must have some construction experience in ground-up, and occupied, phased commercial renovation projects ranging from $100K – 5M. Must be a problem-solver, ability to work on your own or in a team setting and possess excellent communication skills with clients, team members and subcontractors.
Assist project manager with planning, organizing and managing day to day operations.
Attend owner meetings and take and distribute meeting minutes.
Process RFI’s, submittals, and change orders.
Apply for permits.
Manage the closeout process.
