We are looking for a dynamic, rock-star Assistant Project Manager to join our Team. Candidates must have at least 1-2 years experience as an assistant project manager for a general contractor.. Must be a problem-solver, ability to work on your own or in a team setting and possess excellent communication skills with clients, team members and subcontractors. Must be experienced in Procore.
Responsibilities:
Assist project managers with planning, organizing and managing day to day operations
Attend owner meetings and take and distribute meeting minutes
Create subcontracts
Process RFI’s, submittals, and change orders
Manage the closeout process
