Summer IT Intern
Insource provides expertise to our clients in the areas of HR, Finance and IT. What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical knowledge in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing systems
- Special project rollout
- Conduct product feature testing, review, and procedure manual write up
- Learn ticketing systems, networking basics, and Active Directory Management
- Work on Insource IT Support
- Learn Asset Management Organization
- Laptop imaging and rollout at Charter School clients
- Conduct system stress testing
- Work with various cloud platforms (google, Dropbox, Office365)
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven ability to effectively interact with end-users in identifying and resolving technical issues
- A passion for customer service and technology, delivering exceptional support to end-users
- Ability to multi-task across clients, industries, and technologies, while maintaining an appropriate level of professionalism and composure
- Proactive and resourceful in troubleshooting issues
- Currently majoring in Computer Science and at least in 3rd year of degree program

- Manual dexterity to operate a telephone and keyboard
- Ability to climb stairs, bend, and stoop
- Ability to travel to clients in various communities in the service area
